Easter Seals Crossroads in Indianapolis
Wade began working as an assistive technology instructor at Easter Seals Crossroads in 1993. Since that time, he has developed his management and technical skills and now oversees assistive technology services and the INDATA Project, a federally funded state-wide assistive technology program for the agency.
Wade graduated from Butler University, is a RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Practitioner (ATP) and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS). He is a well-known speaker at National and International Conferences, is an adjunct lecturer of assistive technology at Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis, Vincennes University, and is often a guest lecturer at other universities. He also hosts the popular internet radio program and podcast “Assistive Technology Update” which was recently listed #1 by About.com.
Wade is the past-chair of the Mayor’s Advisory Council on Disability—City of Indianapolis, the past-president of the Indiana Rehabilitation Association, and serves on a variety of advisory boards for organizations such as the national Association of Assistive Technology Act Programs, the Indiana Traumatic Brain Injury Board, and Indiana Agrability/Breaking New Ground.

Constance Szerdy (Zer-Dee) has nearly two decades of experience as a designer and a lifetime of experience in creativity and ideas. She founded mediumFUSION creative group after graduating from Herron School of Art & Design in 1998. Connie became an adjunct faculty at Herron, teaching Visual Communications and Multimedia Design while establishing her business. She has spent her time honing her skill set in project management, marketing, photography, videography, web standards, social media strategies and design/typography aesthetics. She serves on the board of Dress for Success – Indianapolis as head of their marketing committee. Connie is on the communications committee of the Greenways Foundation, the advisory board for Visual Communications at Ivy Tech Indianapolis, and works closely with Primary Colours and the Arts Council of Indianapolis – supporting her passions: arts, education and environment.

Lisa is passionate about helping individuals, organizations, businesses and companies tell their story and share their message. As the owner of a full-service video production company, she oversees the written and visual content and communications for their clients, which include Franciscan Alliance Health Network, Community Health Network, and several Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in Central Indiana. In 1994, she served as a missionary journalist in Russia and traveled its eleven time zones interviewing those in the Ministry of Education. She worked in the president’s office for Walk Thru the Bible Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia and OMS International in Indianapolis. She has been a writer for Indianapolis Woman Magazine, the host for Fox59’s ‘Indy’s Marketplace’ television program, is an instructor for the DISC personality profile and has spent the past
twenty years as a professional interviewer. As a former home-school mother, she and her husband Travis now spend much of their time balancing work projects while overseeing homework, making meals, traveling to sports practices and volunteering at their church. Lisa serves as the spokesperson and vice president of communications for the Bally Foundation and is honored to share such an important organization with the community.
