Christopher W. Cleveland

Founder and President for Bally Foundation

Chris is the Founder and President of the Bally Foundation, an organization that serves and provides needed resources for those with special needs and disabilities. Chris brings over twenty years of professional experience in leadership, management, fund raising and public relations from organizations and companies such as the March of Dimes, Visit Indy, Five Seasons and AdVentures in Hospitality and Marketing, a successful marketing and fund raising firm serving the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Formula 1, St. Elmo Steakhouse, Indy Jazz Festival, IUPUI Sports Complex and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation; where he held the position President.  Deeply committed to family, faith and community, Chris is honored to have been the past Director of the Fatima Retreat House, Broad Ripple Neighborhood Association, the Indianapolis Mounted Horse Patrol, Indiana Alumni Association of Sigma Chi, a coach for the Indiana Special Olympics, a volunteer for Agape Therapeutic Riding Center and a team member for Noble of Indiana; currently Chris has been appointed by Governor Pence to serve on the Indiana Council on Independent Living. He is a member of the American Correctional Association, the Indianapolis Alumni Chapter of Sigma Chi, Knights of Columbus and Holy Spirit Parish at Geist.  Chris’ most important role is “Bally’s brother”, his beloved younger sibling whose lifelong special needs were the impetus to start the Bally Foundation.

Alan has served as a Senior Project Manager, Product Release Manager, and Account Manager within several notable companies. He has served as a Board member with the Central Indiana Chapter of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His industry experience includes work at large corporations including: Walt Disney World -Entertainment, Cinergy, Duke Energy, the Southern Company -Energy, Sega Gameworks, NAMCO-Retail, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) – Consulting, and REIT, Simon Property Group. Alan is a recognized speaker and leader in the project management community and his vast experience contributes greatly to the Bally Foundation.

Terry L. Kuehl

Terry Kuehl’s expertise in mortgages and real estate has served families and businesses for more than 18 years.  He has established relationships throughout the Midwest with real estate offices and financial institutions.  He is licensed by the State of Indiana as a professional realtor and mortgage broker.  Terry studied at Ball State University and Regent’s College – London, England where he was extremely involved with philanthropies and committed himself to continue those efforts as the past president of Care for Kids Foundation, a board member of the YMCA Camp Eberhart and he volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the National Kidney Foundation and the Indianapolis Zoo.  Terry and his wife of 10 years have two lovely daughters.  The family attends St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Indianapolis.

David Scott

Finance Manager, JD Byrider

Dave Scott has worked in finance his entire career; the past 6 have been with J.D. Byrider.  He’s the Finance Manager for their company stores which helps families and individuals with recent life-changing events obtain credit for financing a vehicle.  One of their significant benchmarks is ‘Advancement’, a program dedicated to helping people advance their life situation.  Dave’s group continues to exceed the company’s goals with this initiative. Prior to Advancement, Dave worked in J.D. Byrider’s Franchising side analyzing potential franchisees for character and financial stability in order to qualify them as a franchisee.  A dedicated husband and father, Dave and his family are members of Connection Pointe Christian Church in Brownsburg and he actively coaches and mentors his teenage son and daughter in baseball, soccer, basketball and softball. He is now teaching his son how to drive straight, not only on the road, but also on the golf course!  Dave has been married to his wife Whitney for 18 years.

Dr. Joseph Bergeron, M.D.

Board Member for Bally Foundation

Joseph Bergeron is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a specialty dedicated to treating neuromuscular injuries and disabilities.   Faith is part of his practice, participated in numerous medical mission trips, including trips to Mexico, India, Kenya, and Ethiopia.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Christian Medical and Dental Association, and the Catholic Medical Association.  He lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife Magdalen, and sons Joseph, (affected with Down Syndrome and Autistic Spectrum Disorder), and Matthew.

John Carreon

John has recently joined the Noble of Indiana team.  Prior to his career with Noble, he had been the Assistant Vice President of Regional Development for Riley Children’s Foundation, on the faculty of the Indiana University Fund Raising School and served as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement for TCM International Institute. John received his Masters in Public Administration and with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University and Indiana University Center on Philanthropy. His background in the areas of organizational development, board development, fundraising and sustainability planning make him an invaluable asset to the Development Committee and Board at UCPAGI.  John lives in Indianapolis with his wife Kelley and their three daughters.

Dr. Chuck Dietzen

A pediatric rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Chuck Dietzen is the Founder and President of Timmy Global Health.  Through its current work in Ecuador, Guatemala, Nigeria, and the Dominican Republic, Timmy Global Health seeks to strengthen community-based healthcare initiatives by educating and investing in partner organizations, providing financial support, and facilitating medical teams to serve communities on-the-ground.  Dr. Chuck is a distinguished graduate of Purdue University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1983.   He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University in 1987, and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency from the University of Alabama in 1991.  Complementing his work with Timmy Global Health, Dr. Chuck is also the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of iSalus Healthcare, Medical Director of Easter Seals Crossroads Rehabilitation Center, Management Consultant for St. Francis Healthcare System, Medical Program Consultant at Bradford Woods, and the Medical Director of CHAMP Camp for medically fragile children needing respiratory support.

Andrew landed in Louisville two years ago to be close to family.  Previously, for 25 years he traveled the world as a General Manager for major hospitality brands such as, Marriott Hotels International, Vail Resorts- Grand Teton Lodge Company, Mountain Creek Inn Callaway Gardens Resort, Sugar Bay Club St. Kitts, Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa, and Lake Powell Resort.  Andrew was sought by many organizations due to his ability to motivate team members to continually increase profitability and guest satisfaction; which earned him (2) 5 Diamond Award winning Properties and (3) 4 Diamond Award Winning Properties.  Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Andrew played profession football for the U.S.F.L. San Antonio Gunslingers and the N.F.L. New England Patriots.  Andrew and his lovely bride Christine enjoy reading, outdoor activities and their 2 cats.

Michelle Zimmerman, CPA

Since 1992, Michelle has been providing companies, organizations and individuals with financial audits, benefit plan audits, business consultation and accounting and tax services.  She has served on numerous industry-related committees including the American Institute of CPAs, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and the Indiana CPA Society.  Michelle has also served as a member and on the and board of several CPA organizations, and is the recipient of the “5 Under 35 Indiana CPA Society Award”.  She has offered her talents to the community as well through the meals program at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, and as a committee and board member for several finance committees, including Community Health Network and Central Indiana Academy of Finance, Inc.

Dale Stewart

Dale is a long time resident of Indianapolis. He is a 1985 graduate if Cathedral High School, a 1989 graduate from Bradley University with a BS degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Public Relations. In 2010 he passed the Sommelier test of the Court of Master Sommeliers. After his studies, Dale built a career in the Hospitality industry where he worked in Anchorage Alaska, Atlanta, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach and Greensboro NC and received numerous awards for his expertise. Dale has served a volunteer Firefighter/EMT with Lawrence Township for 8 years, a member of the Steering Committee for the Mozel Sanders Thanksgiving Day Meal and an Assistant Rugby Coach for Hamilton South Eastern High School.  Dale and his daughter Emma enjoy many outdoor activities.
